Love is a fleeting dream —a promise whispered in the dark, a spark that burns brighter at times and can fade away at the nick of time , and a silence that lingers long after the embers fade. All the Words I never said is a collection of poetry that passes the arc of love’s journey: the heady rush of expectation, the regretful confession, the quiet unraveling of disappointment, and the bittersweet solace of closure.
Each poem captures the raw beauty of longing, the ache of unfulfilled dreams, and the resilience found in letting go. The words speaks out loud to those who have dared to love, lost themselves in its illusions, and emerged stronger in its wake.
This book is for the hearts that still echo with memories, the souls that have loved and learned, and the ones who find poetry in both the pain and the healing.
Ninusha Ranasinghe was born and raised in the city of Matara, in the beautiful southern coast of Sri Lanka. Growing up, she was fascinated with reading, poetry and writing, and this interest led to some early exposure to reading, especially works of fiction. ‘All the words I never said’ explores the journey of healing through words and is her first published collection of poetry.
