Love & Women

Nanda Pethiyagoda has long been interested in the complexities and nuances of love between men and women. Her desire to capture and retell stories of love from a woman's perspective - how love originated, evolved and diminished, culminates in this volume.

This is a collection of true stories of women whose expectations of love did mot materialize. However, these are not stories of loss or despair. The women in these stories continued to grow; they are strong, capable, independent and became successful in many ways despite eternal romantic love eluding them.
