Faith, in the Pit

People look for Faith in many places. It is not found within the boundaries of a church building, nor is it found within man-made statues or even within the façade of a God that’s fabricated in the minds of religious constituents.

Instead, Faith is most often found within arduous circumstances of life. Abraham found his Faith on mount Moriah. Daniel found his within a lion’s den. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednigo found theirs within a literal furnace of fire, while Joseph found his in the pit.

I too found mine in deep pits of desolation, desperation, pain and misery.
This book was birthed with a desire to share these deep pit moments with you, from which the only way out for me was through the vehicle of Faith. I hope it encourages and blesses you to hold on to your measure of Faith, no matter how small; simply because it truly can move mountains through the non-fictional, risen power of Christ.
